What does it cost after the first year?+
Hosting and support is $250 a year, starting one year after your build payment. That covers hosting, SSL, security updates, technical support, and minor content changes through the year. About $21 a month.
Do I own the website?+
Yes, outright, as soon as the build is paid. You can request a full export of your site files at any time and move to another host or developer whenever you like. No lock-in.
What does the build price include?+
The full five-page site with revisions before launch, up to 10 hours of developer time for changes and customization. That covers almost every small-business site comfortably. Bigger asks, like online stores, get quoted separately and honestly.
I got an email from you with preview links. Is this the same offer?+
Yes. If I emailed you preview sites I built for your business, the simplest path is to reply to that email with which version you like. This page is the same deal in writing.
